Please do read through them carefully ♡I reserve the right to refuse a commission / custom request for any reason without explanation.✧ Payment is via PayPal only, with Euros as the main currency.
Other currencies can be accepted as long as the value is equivalent to the € amount at the time of the payment.
I only start the library or colouring phase on your commission after 50% or all of the payment has been paid either upfront or after the sketch is done ( upfront only for sketch commissions). Please only pay me after I've accepted your commission.✧ Refunds are available up until the sketch phase : as soon as I start working on rendering and/or lineart, it will not be accepted, and I will finish the commission.
A 5€ fee will be taken if you ask for a full refund after the commission has been approved, but before I have started working on it.✧ When commissioning me, it is required that you give me a reference and/or description of what you want drawn, and the more precise the better : reference includes photos, picrews, sketches, moodboards… Please tell me about your character's backstory if it's an OC !
You must tell me if you have a deadline, or any other requests : I will not approve of changes and demands made after a lack of communication on your part.✧ You may change your order – for example: changing characters, poses, clothing, etc – only if I have not started drawing it.✧ All approvals are final.
Small adjustments can be made, but not to a large scale – if the sketch was approved, for example, I won't redo the entirety of it.
You may request for approved steps to be redone only after paying a fee for the time spent.

✧ The progress of the commission will be shared with you.
This includes: Sketch, lines, requested changes and the finished version.✧ I reserve the right to use the finished piece as example and post them on social medias.
You are free to request not to have your commission posted.
Lack of request to maintain the piece private will lead to the assumption that posting is allowed.✧ Credit for my art is not necessary on every usage or post made, but is appreciated.✧ My art can be slightly edited, for example: alternative colours, small adjusts to designs, adding filters, etc.
Edits of my work are still considered to be under my creation, though the editor can claim the edits as their creation.✧ All of my art / designs are for personal usage only, unless specifically discussed.✧ All preparation materials, visuals and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the commission remain my property.
